Responsibilities:

Seeking a compassionate Optometrist with a heart for the Geriatric and Underserved Communities. The Optometric services we provide to the residents of the facilities we serve support our mission of improving quality of life! As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule. No evenings or weekends as we work around your availability. Responsibilities:

Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities Conduct Eye Exams with mobile Optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results Diagnose and treat ocular diseases Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses Recommend follow up care and treatments Educate patients, families, and staff on vision and optical protocols and concerns. Deliver excellent customer service through patient interactions

Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree Active state license If you are a licensed Optometrist in good standing, at any stage of your career, we encourage you to apply!
