Schedule is strictly based on clinic operating hours (day shift); weekdays and occasional Saturdays based on clinic hours Overview We are seeking an Allergy Services Specialist / Allergy Technician who thrives in a highly patient-facing role and enjoys building rapport. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, outgoing, self-motivated, and energized by goals and measurable results. You will perform allergy testing and treatment procedures under provider supervision, provide testing and treatment education in a clear and friendly manner, and help patients follow through with provider-recommended care. All training is provided; prior allergy experience is not required. Success Profile- Confident communicator who enjoys talking with patients all day

- Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable performance and improvement
- Comfortable in a structured environment where workflow outcomes are tracked
- Fluent in Spanish and English What You'll Do
- Build rapport and create a positive patient experience
- Perform allergy skin prick testing, finger sticks, and injections under provider supervision (training provided)
- Educate patients and guide provider-directed next steps
- Proactively follow up with patients (per protocol) to support scheduling and follow-through
- Document accurately in the EHR/EMR and maintain privacy/confidentiality
- Meet daily/weekly expectations for outreach, documentation, and workflow metrics Requirements
- Must pass Drug Screening and Background Check as a condition of employment
- Scrubs
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Comfortable with needles/blood and clinical procedures (training provided)
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Basic computer skills; willingness to learn EHR/EMR Compliance & EEO This role involves access to protected health information (PHI).
