We're looking for a compassionate clinician who is passionate about restoring mobility, improving function, and building lasting relationships with patients and referral partners. This is an opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment where you'll manage patients through the full continuum of care—from evaluation and treatment planning to device delivery, gait training, and long-term follow-up. What You'll Do As a member of our clinical team, you will: Perform comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician prescriptions and patient goals. Measure, cast, scan, fit, align, and deliver custom orthotic and prosthetic devices. Provide gait training, patient education, and follow-up care to optimize patient outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, case managers, and rehabilitation teams. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with Medicare, commercial insurance, and professional standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources while representing the practice with professionalism. Clinical Focus You'll work with a diverse patient population and have the opportunity to treat a wide range of orthotic and prosthetic conditions, including: Lower-limb prosthetics Upper-extremity prosthetics Pediatric orthotics Microprocessor knees and feet Cranial remolding helmets Scoliosis bracing Custom AFOs, KAFOs, and spinal orthoses The practice maintains a manageable clinic schedule of approximately 10-12 patients per week, allowing clinicians to focus on quality patient care and long-term outcomes. Qualifications ABC Certification as a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Orthotics & Prosthetics (MSOP preferred). Completion of NCOPE residency. Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally when needed.
