$100k+ Our client, a well-established and highly respected Orthotics & Prosthetics provider, is seeking a Lead Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to join and help lead a brand-new free-standing clinic location in Central Louisiana. You will work alongside an experienced and collaborative team that includes a certified fitter, skilled technician, and supportive front office staff. The clinic offers a strong mix of orthotic and prosthetic care, including pediatric cases, in a thoughtfully designed facility featuring a large in-house lab with advanced dust and fume mitigation systems. Position Highlights Base salary starting at $100,000+ based on experience No weekends or on-call responsibilities Generous PTO package Medical, long-term disability, short-term disability, and life insurance fully paid by employer Vision and dental coverage Brand-new clinic with advanced lab space and modern layout Supportive team environment with growth potential Opportunity to lead and mentor clinical staff Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic evaluations, fittings, adjustments, and follow-up care Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient mobility and functional outcomes Lead and mentor clinical staff, residents, fitters, and technicians Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and referral partners to coordinate patient care Ensure compliance with ABC accreditation standards, payer guidelines, and clinical documentation requirements Support clinic growth through referral development, relationship building, and community outreach initiatives Monitor patient satisfaction and clinical quality outcomes Assist with clinic workflow optimization, scheduling coordination, and operational efficiency Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and continuing education activities Maintain accurate EMR documentation and complete charting in a timely manner Qualifications Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) credential through ABC or BOC required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Orthotics & Prosthetics or related field Minimum of 3 years of clinical O&P experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience with pediatric, neurological, and/or complex prosthetic cases preferred Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team culture About the Opportunity This role is ideal for a motivated clinician seeking leadership responsibility within a patient-centered practice that values quality care, innovation, and employee well-being.
