Full-Time Synergy Medical Systems, LLC is seeking a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) to join our dedicated team at our Eugene and Roseburg locations. We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and motivated professional who is passionate about improving mobility and enhancing the quality of life for a diverse patient population. About the Role As a CPO, you will be involved in every step of patient care—from initial evaluation to device delivery and follow-up. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, hands-on fabrication skills, and a patient-centered approach. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for prosthetic and orthotic patients. Design and fabricate devices in-house or utilize digital scanning and CAD/CAM technology. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring providers. Provide education to patients and caregivers on device use, maintenance, and follow-up care. Document patient care activities accurately and timely. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, including Medicare, OSHA, and state licensure requirements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to patient satisfaction goals. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics or a related field. ABC or BOC Certification as a CPO in good standing (required). Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Oregon. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates will be considered. Proficient in both traditional and digital fabrication techniques. Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
