Fitter/CPed Trainee

Job description: Union Orthotics & Prosthetics Co. is looking for a self-driven candidate who has a spirit to help people by becoming a Certified Orthotic Fitter and Certified Pedorthist. A medical background is preferred but not required. This person must be motivated to be trained by becoming certified in these clinical roles. We are a well-established, growing company in western Pennsylvania. We will provide the training and financial support through the certification process to become a Certified Orthotic Fitter and Certified Pedorthist. The position will require working out of our various private patient care locations within a 30 mile radius of Pittsburgh. Additional locations may be required. Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel is required. Occasional evening and weekend on-call hours may be required. Hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday.
