Job Description

Seeking Full-Time Paramedic Gila Health Resources Ambulance Department serves Greenlee County, Arizona with locations in Morenci and Duncan. We are seeking a full-time Paramedic with two or more years of paramedic experience in the field. Possible Annual earnings of $67,000 - $83,000 - based on experience. Annual compensation increases traditionally average 3.0%.
Generous benefits package includes:
Travel stipend to and from the work site (or low-cost local housing option), Annual Education and Uniform Allowance, immediate 401K Retirement Plan participation, PTO, Paid Sick Time, and Group Term Life.
Group Medical Plan:
Employer pays 95% of the employee's premium and 45% of the dependent's premiums. Employee's annual deductible: After the employee pays the first $600, the employer reimburses the employee for 100% of the next $900 and 50% of the last $1,500, resulting in a maximum annual deductible expense to an employee of $1,350. The maximum annual family deductible expense to the employee = $1,950 after reimbursement by the employer. A rotating shift schedule (48-hour shift for two weeks followed by one week with a 72-hour shift) allows ample opportunities for moonlighting and/or to enjoy generous time off in between shifts to spend as you please, regularly, including enjoying the beautiful local surroundings which include opportunities for hiking, camping and hunting in the Apache and Gila National Forests.
