Our headquarters is located in Norwich, CT and we have additional offices in Griswold, Ledyard, and at Foxwoods Resort Casino. American Ambulance provides a full range of emergent and non-emergent medical transportation services by highly trained professionals to ensure safe, quick, and compassionate patient care.Your Impact:
A Paramedic is an essential and critical member of our Operations Team. The main role of the Paramedic is to provide skilled emergency and non-emergency services in a variety of areas including emergency medical and rescue operations, advanced medical assistance, directing ambulance crews and first responders in patient care services, mentoring, training, quality assurance, and public education. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid CT Driver's License Valid State of Connecticut Paramedic License (experience preferred) Valid Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider CPR certification Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advance Life Support certifications With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
