Job Description
MODO Urgent Care & Concierge Wellness Center is seeking an experienced, motivated Paramedic to join our growing team. This is not your typical EMS role. At MODO, you'll work alongside emergency medicine physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and wellness providers in a fast-paced environment that combines urgent care, concierge medicine, mobile house calls, wellness therapies, event medicine, and innovative regenerative treatments. Our ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, patient-focused, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. You may assist with urgent care visits, concierge member services, IV therapy, house calls, event medicine coverage, biologic and wellness treatments, patient education, and clinical operations. Responsibilities Assist physicians and providers with urgent care and concierge medicine visits Perform patient assessments, vital signs, EKGs, blood draws, IV starts, injections, and other clinical procedures within scope Support mobile house calls and off-site medical services Administer IV vitamin therapy and assist with wellness treatments Maintain accurate documentation within DrChrono EMR Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies Participate in emergency response and high-acuity patient care when needed Assist with inventory management and clinical operations Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, concierge members, and visitors
