Paramedics - Boise, ID Location

Job Overview:

Victory is seeking dedicated and professionals to join our growing team. As a Paramedic, you will provide high-quality, patient-focused care during non-emergency and emergency medical transports between healthcare facilities. You will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and comfort while maintaining Victory's standard of excellence in care and professionalism. 36-48 hour work week.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced life support (ALS) care during interfacility transports. Assess patients' conditions and administer necessary medical treatments. Safely and efficiently operate and maintain ALS equipment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transfers. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, facility staff, and medical teams. Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation. Adhere to all company policies, local EMS protocols, and state regulations. Represent Victory with professionalism and compassion. Help with psych and stretcher transports from time to time.

Qualifications:

Valid State of Idaho Paramedic License (or ability to obtain before start date). Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong clinical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous transport experience is a plus but not required.
