MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN KANSAS PARAMEDIC
•Compensation & benefits$4,300+/week starting — paid bi-weekly, built-in overtimeHigher rates available for CCT and FPC-certified medicsLodging provided and fully paid by EMS UnlimitedPre-paid debit card for meals and incidentalsOvertime paid per state and federal lawOn-shift, paid, crew rest provided — we prioritize your safety and wellbeingScheduleThis is a 7-day block shift (168 hours), PRN/per diem. Work a week, take a week, or two. You'll have designated, paid, crew rest time during the shift — we're serious about it.
Located at Station 234, Dodge City, KS, or Station 134, Topeka, KS; Lodging and food covered so you can show up and focus on the work.
What you'll doRespond to emergency and non-emergency transport requests efficiently and calmlyProvide BLS and ALS care in prehospital and interfacility transport settingsMaintain equipment readiness — inventory, cleaning, and restocking after each callRepresent EMS Unlimited professionally with patients, families, and partner agenciesUphold the team values that make this organization worth working forBeyond this assignmentEMS Unlimited operates across multiple states and responds to wildfire, disaster, and special operations assignments throughout the year. RequirementsMust be able to obtain Kansas Paramedic licensureStrong patient care and customer service orientationAbility to work independently and as part of a close-knit teamProfessional, courteous, and safety-minded in all situationsWorking cooperatively with assisting agencies. Be nice, professional, courteous andQualificationsMust possess: Valid CPR, drives license and, Kansas Paramedic Certification.
Must be 21 years of age or older to drive our ambulance.
