BLS, ACLS
required; PALS and NRP within 6 months of hireCrisis Prevention training within 6 months of hirePhysically capable of performing job functionsKnowledge of LA traffic laws and safe driving practicesHigh School Diploma or GED preferred

What You Will Do:
Administer advanced life support care to sick or injured individuals in pre-hospital settings and during campus transport. Provide emergency medical interventions while ensuring safe vehicle operations and thorough patient documentation, in compliance with BRG policies and federal/state regulations. Deliver advanced life support in pre-hospital environments, on-site emergencies, and during transportRespond to emergency and non-emergency calls efficiently and compassionatelyAssess injury/illness severity and prioritize interventions accordinglyProvide emergency diagnostics and treatments, including airway management, cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and CPRUtilize advanced equipment to treat traumatic injuries and manage cardiac dysrhythmiasRespond as in-house paramedic for Rapid Response Team to care for patients, visitors, and staff as neededOperate emergency vehicle safely in compliance with laws and hospital protocolsMaintain vehicle cleanliness and restock medical inventory each shiftComplete all documentation and manage controlled substances per policyServe in ED Paramedic role or represent BRG at public events as neededPerform additional duties to ensure smooth operation of the
