Position Overview:
We are hiring full-time Paramedics to provide 911 emergency medical services in River Rouge. This position includes field operations, patient care, and team supervision responsibilities when needed. Candidates must hold Michigan Paramedic certification, current
CPR/BLS/ACLS
credentials, and be ventilator and FEMA-certified.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality emergency medical care and patient transport
  • Supervise EMS operations in the absence of senior leadership
  • Maintain equipment and ensure zone coverage and compliance
  • Liaise with other teams and complete reports and daily logs
  • Mentor new hires and students
  • Participate in mass casualty responses and planning meetings
Qualifications:
  • Michigan Paramedic license in good standing
  • 2+ years EMS experience preferred
  • CPR/BLS, ACLS, PCC/PALS, and CCT certifications
  • Valid driver's license
FEMA IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800
certifications
  • Ventilator certification (required every 3 years)
