Job Description

The Tactical Medical Operator provides on-call emergency medical support to SWAT teams, managing the medical program and equipment under physician direction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports operations and training.
  • Maintains equipment, supplies, and professional certificates.
  • Responds to emergency calls and transmissions.
  • Assesses patients and makes preliminary diagnoses.
  • Provides emergency medical treatment: medication, pain relief, IV infusions, and wound care.
  • Leads and coordinates emergency response teams.
  • Provides life support to sick or injured patients.
  • Quickly assesses conditions and determines the best course of treatment.
  • Transfers patients to healthcare facilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree in healthcare, paramedics, emergency management, or related field.
Experience:
Three years of related experience.
Certifications:
