Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (Advanced Life Support)We are hiring a dedicated and skilled Paramedic to join our EMS team serving Cascade County.

What You'll DoProvide Advanced Life Support to critically ill and injured patientsPerform medical assessments and initiate treatment based on protocolsConduct advanced airway management, IV/IO access, cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, cardioversion, defibrillation, and medication administrationRecognize and manage life-threatening medical and traumatic emergenciesLead scene operations with first responders, law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnelSafely operate emergency vehicles under all conditionsDocument patient care accurately and promptlyMaintain equipment, vehicle, and station readinessRepresent the organization professionally at all timesWhat We're Looking ForCompletion of DOT-approved Paramedic programNREMT-Paramedic & Montana State Paramedic licensure (or ability to obtain)Current
CPR, ACLS, PALSICS 100, 200, 700
