Split shifts (5:00 AM-2:00 PM or 2:00 PM-11:30 PM) About the Role Are you an experienced Paramedic looking to use your medical expertise in a meaningful way outside of the stress and pace of EMS, ED, or hospital-based systems? This is your opportunity to transition into a proactive, prevention-focused role where you'll help keep America's workforce safe and healthy every day. What You'll Do Assess & triage injuries and illnesses Provide first aid & emergency medical response Maintain OSHA documentation and accurate medical records Perform occupational health testing Monitor worker health & provide follow‑up care Support workers' comp & risk‑management processes Collaborate with safety teams to promote prevention Coordinate with EMS when higher‑level care is needed What You Need Current Paramedic License ACLS (preferred) 2-3 years experience OSHA‑30 within 90 days (company provided) Emergency, occupational, or industrial safety experience preferred Benefits Health, dental, & vision insurance 401(k) Life insurance EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Short‑ & long‑term disability
