Cooke County EMS is accepting applications for the position of EMT and Paramedic. Cooke County EMS is the sole provider of 911 services in Cooke County and responds to approximately 5000 requests for service each year. Cooke County EMS operates 5 stations throughout the county to service a population of 40,000 that live in the 874 square miles of Cooke County. Each station has one staffed MICU; in addition a rescue truck staffed by the shift captain is at station 1. We are a shift based department working 48 hours on and 96 hours off. Part time ($20.72)and full time ($71,608) position available. Cooke County is an Equal Opportunity Employer
