Jaclyn Kimak The UVM HealthNet Critical Care Transport (CCT) Paramedic functions as an integral member of a multidisciplinary transport team, planning, providing, and evaluating direct care to patients in all states of health and wellness in the pre-hospital, intra-facility and inter-facility settings. The CCT Paramedic assists with the necessary treatment and care of patients, whether ill or injured, during the transport, by ground or air ambulance, and in the pre-hospital setting or from one healthcare facility to another.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED) required Nationally Registered Paramedic Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience:
Three (3)-Five (5) years of paramedic experience with direct patient care required.
Licensure/Certification:
Must obtain state certification/licensure for assigned location within 14 days of start This is a bargaining union position.
