Job Description
Overview Responsibilities The Breast Health Navigator is trained to help identify and resolve real and perceived barriers to care, enabling patients to adhere to care recommendations and thus improve their cancer outcomes. Develops and coordinates services provided to the oncology patient throughout the continuum of care in order to decrease fragmentation. Acts as a liaison between the physicians, the professional health care staff, and other healthcare team members to ensure quality and continuity of care delivery.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from a Radiologic Technology program Basic knowledge of oncology health services
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
BLS ARRT
(M) registration
