Help Families Navigate One of Life's Most Important Decisions CarePatrol of Greater Mobile & Northwest Florida is seeking an experienced Senior Care Consultant to serve families and referral partners throughout our market. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is already comfortable building professional referral relationships, advising families through complex senior care decisions, and representing our company throughout the healthcare community. About the Role As a Senior Care Consultant, you will manage the Mobile County territory while serving as a trusted advisor to families, healthcare professionals, and senior living providers. This role combines relationship building, strategic thinking, problem-solving, marketing, and family advocacy. Successful consultants are compassionate advocates who can also manage multiple priorities, make independent decisions, and build lasting professional relationships throughout the healthcare community. Must be willing and able to travel throughout the Mobile and Baldwin County area and to the Pensacola and Gulf Breeze markets as needed. This is not an entry-level position. What Success Looks Like Successful Senior Care Consultants balance empathy with accountability, relationship-building with organization, and mission-driven work with sound business judgment.
They:
Manage an active territory independently. Build strong referral partnerships. Maintain exceptional follow-through. Prioritize effectively when demands compete. Use sound judgment and strategic thinking. Advocate for families while driving meaningful outcomes. Required Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience in senior living, healthcare, medical sales, discharge planning, case management, social work, admissions, or a closely related field. Demonstrated success building and maintaining professional referral relationships. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients simultaneously. Ability to prioritize competing demands and make effective decisions. Comfortable spending significant time in the community meeting with referral sources and touring with families. Professional dress and presentation at all times when face to face with clients, partners and providers. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active automobile liability insurance. Because this role involves frequent interaction with hospitals and healthcare facilities, candidates must be able to meet healthcare credentialing requirements, including drug screening and immunization documentation.
