Join us Implants & Periodontal Arts as a Treatment Consultant and become a vital part of our patient-centered, referral-driven practice? We're looking for an empathetic, organized professional who thrives on building trust, simplifying complex treatment plans, and fostering collaboration among patients, teams, and referring practices. As a Treatment Consultant, you will guide patients toward accepting the care they need, working collaboratively with the clinical team, front office, and referring doctors. This is your chance to use your interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure a seamless patient experience and contribute to the overall success of our practice.
What You'll Do:
Build Patient Trust and Confidence:
Help patients overcome concerns about treatment, costs, or timelines through empathetic, clear communication.
Present and Facilitate Treatment Plans:
Explain treatment plans in patient-centric terms and coordinate financial arrangements to make care accessible. Collaborate with
Teams:
Work closely with the clinical team, front office, and referring doctors to align on patient care and ensure continuity.
Proactively Follow Up:
Actively engage with patients who delay treatment to address concerns and guide them toward acceptance.
Enhance Referral Relationships:
Partner with referring doctors to align expectations and deepen trust through timely and clear communication.
Support Practice Goals:
Contribute to daily, weekly, and quarterly revenue and case acceptance targets through patient-centered engagement strategies.
What You Bring:
Exceptional Communication Skills:
Ability to connect with patients, addressing their concerns and building trust.
Financial Coordination Expertise:
Experience presenting financial options and facilitating payment arrangements aligned with patient needs.
Organizational Strength:
Strong ability to prioritize and manage patient interactions, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
Collaborative Spirit:
A team-oriented mindset, working effectively across clinical and front office teams as well as with referring practices.
Proactive Mindset:
Confidence in taking the lead on patient follow-ups and ensuring treatment plans are understood and embraced. Healthcare Experience (Preferred): Background in healthcare or patient advocacy.
Financial Coordination Expertise:
Experience presenting financial options and facilitating payment arrangements aligned with patient needs.
Organizational Strength:
Strong ability to prioritize and manage patient interactions, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
