Company Overview Lipstick Angels is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing oncology sensitive, beauty, skincare and wellness services to individuals going through cancer treatment. Through human connection, compassionate touch and education, we help patients feel seen, supported, and more like themselves during treatment. Our programs are delivered in partnership with leading cancer centers across the country, bringing trained professionals directly into infusion centers where patients receive care. Summary We are seeking a Hospital Beauty Program Manager to lead our onsite program at Salinas Valley Health in Salinas, CA. This is a unique and purpose-driven opportunity for an experienced licensed esthetician with makeup artistry skills and leadership experience to combine professional expertise with meaningful service. As the onsite leader in the infusion center, you will provide one-on-one oncology-sensitive beauty and wellness services to patients, as well as managing day-to-day program operations, maintaining strong hospital relationships, and supporting volunteers. You will serve as the face of Lipstick Angels within the infusion center, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects the compassion, professionalism, and excellence that defines our organization. While this position is currently 8-10 hours per week, we have historically expanded hours and responsibilities for staff as new hospital partnerships and programs are developed. Although future growth is not guaranteed, this role offers the potential to grow alongside an organization that is actively expanding its impact in cancer care. Compensation starts at 28.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and leadership background. In addition to a flexible, mission-driven work environment, Lipstick Angels offers a paid sick time, 401(k) with Safe Harbor employer contributions plus an additional 5% annual employer contribution to eligible employees. What You'll Do Program Leadership and Service Delivery Serve as the on-site leader for Lipstick Angels at Salinas Valley Health Infusion Center. Deliver our signature beauty and wellness services to patients (after training), including makeup, skincare, and aromatherapy Be present in the hospital for two, 3 hour shifts per week Maintain, stock, and update beauty kits and supplies Receive and manage inventory for back stock of skincare and beauty products. Learn about and use clean, non-toxic beauty and skincare products Create a monthly shift calendar that is shared with infusion center staff and leadership Volunteer Program Development (as needed) Assist with volunteer recruitment and onboarding Support volunteer training and mentorship Foster a welcoming and professional environment for volunteers Coordinate with hospital volunteer services as needed Ensure that volunteers are aligned with Lipstick Angels standards and hospital protocols Administrative & Reporting Maintain accurate program data and submit regular reports to Lipstick Angels headquarters. Use internal systems for scheduling, inventory, and documentation. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of leadership or program management experience Licensed esthetician with makeup application skills Experience working with patients, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting Comfortable working with individuals facing serious and terminal illness Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Must complete hospital-required health screenings and vaccinations (including full

Tech-savvy:

Experience Leadership:
