Patient Educator / Case Manager (Sales-Focused Role) Position Summary This is not a traditional case manager role. This is a high-impact, patient-facing position where education, influence, and results directly change lives. As a Patient Educator / Case Manager at ReGen Revolution, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, guiding them through their care journey, and ensuring they fully understand their care plans and financial options. This is a sales-focused role within healthcare, as your primary goal is to educate patients on the benefits of regenerative treatments, help them navigate their care plans, and support them in making informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. You will play a key role in converting leads into long-term, quality patients by implementing lead conversion systems and demonstrating empathy, trust, and professionalism. Success in this role is directly tied to your ability to influence patients to commit to care plans that improve their quality of life. You must be skilled in overcoming objections and navigating patient concerns with confidence while maintaining an educational and compassionate approach.

Performance Objectives:
Develop strong emotional connections with patients to understand their goals and desired outcomes Conduct initial consultations with new patients, including gathering medical history, understanding motivating factors, and establishing functional goals Take X-rays on behalf of providers Attend team meetings to discuss patients' goals and motivating factors Present financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on provider recommendations Ensure completion of all necessary patient paperwork Effectively educate patients on the importance of their care plans and their progress throughout treatment Overcome objections with confidence while maintaining empathy and prioritizing the patient's best interests Follow up with patients to ensure their needs are met and provide encouragement to continue care Resolve patient concerns and gather testimonials to highlight treatment outcomes Capabilities / Key Competencies Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed and achieve results Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly develop trust Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and guide patients toward commitment Strong communication skills with the ability to present care options clearly and confidently Skilled in asking effective, exploratory questions to uncover patient needs and objections Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to leverage internal systems and processes to support lead conversion and patient care Team-oriented and collaborative, working seamlessly with providers and clinic staff Professional presence and commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience Passion for helping patients take action toward improving their health and quality of life Alignment with the mission, vision, and core values of ReGen Revolution Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or case management (healthcare or related field preferred) Experience working in a private medical practice preferred Foundational understanding of anatomy and physiology, or related education/training, preferred, with the ability to confidently educate patients on treatment concepts Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
