Description Helpline Care Coordinator Miami, FL | Bilingual English/Spanish Required A mission-driven organization is seeking a compassionate and professional Helpline Care Coordinator to provide support, advocacy, and care coordination services for individuals in need. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others, crisis intervention, and community resources.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Provide follow-up and care coordination for clients needing additional support and advocacy + Assist clients with system navigation through intake, screening, assessment, referral, and service linkage via phone and email + Provide crisis counseling and suicide intervention support when needed + Complete safety/risk screenings and person-centered assessments + Coordinate referrals and warm transfers to appropriate community resources + Advocate for clients and maintain accurate case documentation and reporting + Support maintenance of the Community Resource Directory and Data Resource initiatives + Participate in trainings, supervision, and team meetings + Represent the Contact Center at outreach events and community boards as needed Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required + Minimum 2 year of experience in crisis counseling or clinical work required + Experience providing information and referral services required + Experience working with veteran populations preferred + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Proficient with Microsoft Office applications + Fully bilingual English/Spanish required Excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact within the community while supporting individuals through critical moments and resource navigation.
