We're currently seeking motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals to join our dental group as Patient Advocate . A dental background is preferred . As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients—making your role essential in delivering the care and service they deserve.
Key Responsibilities Patient-Centric Communication:
Interact with new and existing patients in a courteous and professional manner.
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments effectively.
Sales Conversion:
Use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure every call reflects our dedication to excellence in patient care.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with dental and administrative staff to ensure a smooth scheduling process and enhanced patient satisfaction. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish):
Preferred Sales-Oriented:
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Dental Background:
Preferred , but not required.
Customer Service Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales, preferably in healthcare or dental.
Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Empathy & Patience:
Ability to connect with patients and handle inquiries with care and professionalism.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital scheduling tools.
