Primary point of contact for patient inquiries, addressing concerns and providing information about services and processes. Facilitate on boarding process for new patients, ensuring a smooth transition into service, including making welcome calls and providing necessary information. Investigate and resolve patient complaints and issues promptly, working collaboratively with other departments as needed. Provide education and resources to patient regarding their equipment, supplies, and insurance processes to empower them in managing their health.
