Description Screener - Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) This position requires that the candidate possess at minimum a bachelor's degree in applicable human services and should be available to work Weekend and Overnight shifts. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a mental health related field, a registered nurse; or master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling education, mental health counseling, or related field. Applicants must have the ability to: work effectively with clients displaying a wide range of unpleasant and/or bizarre behaviors; communicate and work effectively with staff from various backgrounds; work flexible hours as required by program and staffing needs, good assessment, and communication skills, both written and verbal, knowledge of community resources. Experience with computer technology (using computer & PC software to support activities; Windows based programs, e-mail, especially Microsoft Office applications, keyboarding skills, MFP) and other office tools efficiently to meet performance goals necessary to the position.
