The Saint Alphonsus Medical Group ( SAMG ) Triage Nursing Team is now hiring for an organized and adaptable Medical Assistant! This position will support clinics across the health system with patient outreach.

Position Summary & Highlights :

+ This MA role will be primarily contacting patients over the phone toassistwithclinic outreach related to hypertension ( HTN ) and colorectal cancer ( CRC ) screenings, and other Trinity Health Measures. These are continuous initiatives critical to quality performance and patient outcomes. + This position will workfullyin-person at our Shared Services Building in Boise. What You Will Do :

+ Patients will beidentifiedthrough the centralized triage nursingteamand the MAwillthen have a telephone encounter with patients to discuss screenings and needed care. Thenthe MA willcollaborate with the primary care provider,clinic care team, and central triage nursing teamonnextsteps. + This positionmayalsoassistwithin-basket support for SAMG Primary Care,includingmedicationpriorauthorizations, and other related orders. + On occasion, you may alsowork atclinics performing direct patient caretohelp fill in when needed.

An ideal candidate will have:
