IHFA Indiana Navigator - Part-time

Make a meaningful impact by helping Indiana families access essential healthcare coverage. The IHFA (Indiana Healthy Families Alliance) Indiana Navigator supports individuals and families through every step of the Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) enrollment and renewal process. In this role, you will provide personalized guidance both virtually and in person, helping applicants understand eligibility, complete applications, and maintain continuous coverage. You will track application progress, resolve barriers, and serve as a trusted resource for families navigating complex systems. This position also plays an important role in community outreach and partnership building to expand program awareness and access. The Navigator reports to the Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) Administrator and contributes to a mission driven team focused on improving health outcomes across Indiana. It is a part-time role.
