Job Summary:

In the full-time position of Care Navigator, you will develop relationships and promote the inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services of Compass Health. The Care Navigator plays a vital role in connecting clients to needed services and educates individuals and the community about behavioral health services offered by Compass Health.

Requirements:

Either a Bachelor's Degree or an LPN Licensure Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills Able to work independently Mental Health experience preferred, however job training will be provided to eligible candidates Why work for us?
