HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Office Support position is an administrative job with responsibility for multiple support functions. The Office Support staff report to the Office Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
The Duties may include but are not limited to: Exceptional customer service Greet Clients and Visitors Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls Schedule Appointments Collect copays and fees Flexibility to cover hours outside of normal shift is required Ability to drive to all 4 locations•St Cloud, Monticello, Buffalo and Elk River
W HAT YOU'LL NEED
High School Diploma or GED required. Clear DHS Background Study. Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record 18 years of age or older
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
2 or more years of Administrative and Customer Service experience in a client-facing role preferred. Experience with multiple phone lines preferred 2-year degree in medical office administration or equivalent experience preferred
COMPENSATION
Target Range $15.50•$18.60 (Based on experience)

Thursday:
7:30 AM•5:00
PM Friday:
7:30•11:30 PM
