Job Description

•Base salary with monthly commission plan•Position Overview The Care Navigator is responsible for general sales activity, sales communications, and marketing support in a specified territory. Additionally, this position plays an integral role in the ongoing education of patients, hospital staff, physicians, and community members regarding the menu of services offered by Aveanna Healthcare. Responsible for driving revenue growth and working with location management to ensure profitability. Ability to cultivate a mature network of referrals throughout their perspective territory (may cover multiple locations).
Territory :
Charlotte, Greensboro, and Hickory, NC Essential Job Functions Market Private Duty Nursing and Therapy Services to existing and potential referral sources to achieve established revenue targets assigned on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Identify and develop relationships with all sales targets including but not limited to: o Physicians o Discharge planners and Social workers in target accounts o Case managers o DME and Infusion Companies Conduct in-services, and represent company at local, regional and state wide trade shows and conventions/conferences as assigned Create and carry out a specific sales plans and market development plan in with company goals and objectives Provide regular feedback to corporate management regarding sales activity and success in market development Represent the company within the healthcare community with professional decorum and respect for the patient care process Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree Must have a valid driver's license and driving record that meet company standards Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel Valid Driver's License and Acceptable MVR As an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds, employees must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate.
