Job Description

Seeking Full Time Customer Care Coordinators and Account Leads for a Pediatric Dentistry Group practice in NJ. Must have Great Patient Service / Communication Skills, be self-motivated, energetic, able to work evening hours (until 5:30 pm) & Saturdays( until 2pm). Must have minimum 1 year work experience in dental office and knowledge of dental insurances eligibility, benefits, breakdown. Insurance billing and patient billing experience is a plus.
Additional Skills/Qualifications:
Good Telephone Skills, good oral and written communication skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization. Full time position offers Medical benefits, 401K and Bonus program. Compensation will include a monthly bonus program for the right individual.
