Healthcare Liaison Salary $50,000 - $65,000 annually (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, relationship management, and sales within the healthcare industry. This role is responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, and community partners to drive referrals and company growth. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities. Conduct outreach and marketing visits to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations. Educate referral sources about company services and programs. Track referral activity and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient/client transitions Attend networking events and community outreach programs Meet monthly and quarterly growth goals

Qualifications:
