Healthcare Workflow & eClinicalWorks Intake Optimization Consultant IntegraMed Orthopedics, Spine & Wellness - West Palm Beach / Boynton Beach, FL IntegraMed Orthopedics, Spine & Wellness is a rapidly growing multi-specialty orthopedic, spine and pain management practice seeking an experienced healthcare workflow consultant to lead a modernization initiative focused on patient intake, digital check-in, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a consultant with strong experience in: eClinicalWorks (eCW) healow patient engagement workflows Medical practice operations Digital patient intake systems Front desk/check-in optimization Tablet/kiosk implementation Specialty practice workflows (orthopedic/spine/pain management preferred) This individual will work closely with physician leadership and administration to redesign and streamline our patient intake process with the goals of improving patient experience, increasing pre-visit completion rates, reducing front desk bottlenecks, and integrating modern digital workflows into our existing eCW/healow ecosystem.

Project Scope Responsibilities may include:

Reviewing and auditing current patient intake workflows and forms Redesigning new patient paperwork and digital intake processes Reducing intake complexity and improving patient usability Building and/or optimizing eCW/healow questionnaires and intake workflows Implementing tablet/kiosk-based check-in solutions Creating separate workflows for: New patients Follow-up visits Personal injury patients Workers' compensation patients Procedure visits Improving automation for reminders, pre-check-in, and digital consent collection Training front office and clinical staff on updated workflows Recommending operational improvements to increase efficiency and patient throughput Ideal Qualifications Prior experience optimizing eClinicalWorks workflows Experience with healow intake and patient engagement tools Background in healthcare operations, medical practice consulting, or healthcare IT Strong understanding of front office and patient flow operations Experience with orthopedic, spine, pain management, or procedural practices preferred Experience implementing digital intake/tablet workflows preferred Ability to independently lead projects and collaborate with physicians and staff Practice Overview IntegraMed Orthopedics, Spine & Wellness is a growing orthopedic, spine and interventional pain management practice with multiple locations throughout South Florida. Our practice focuses on orthopedic and spine care, interventional pain procedures, and regenerative medicine. Engagement Type Consultant / Contract Flexible schedule On-site preferred initially, with potential hybrid/remote workflow after implementation planning Compensation Competitive and commensurate with experience.
