Job Description
Member Experience & Growth Lead BioSynova Plano, TX Job Details Part-time $48,000 - $55,000 a year 18 hours ago Qualifications CRM software Google Workspace Executive administrative support Business development Prospecting AI Interpersonal communication Full Job Description Part-Time with Path to Full-Time | Remote — Dallas Fort Worth Area Required The Company BioSynova is an AI clinical intelligence company building the infrastructure to extend expert oncologist judgment, at scale, across the full arc of cancer risk and survivorship care. Most cancer care is built for the acute moment. BioSynova is built for everything else: the years before a diagnosis when biological signals are already present, the survivorship years when patients are discharged without a roadmap, and the longitudinal monitoring that turns data into early action. Proprietary clinical decision support, agentic AI systems, and a secure longitudinal data platform enable specialist-level interpretation to reach patients across the years the traditional care system wasn't built to cover. BioNurture is BioSynova's clinical practice arm, a concierge oncology and hematology practice delivering that specialist-level care directly to patients. Direct-pay, telemedicine-first, and built around the kind of longitudinal physician relationship the traditional system rarely has time to provide. We are early. The infrastructure is being built in real time, and the people joining now will shape what this becomes. The Role This is BioSynova's first non-clinical hire, and it's not a traditional role. You won't be handed a playbook. You'll help write it. As Member Experience & Growth Lead (MEGL), you'll work directly with the Founder/CEO and COO across patient acquisition, member experience, business development, and operations. Some days that means leading a sensitive conversation with a prospective patient who's navigating serious cancer risks. Other days it means building the system for how those conversations get tracked, followed up on, and converted. Some weeks it means representing BioNurture at a physician referral meeting or community event. Others it means making sure the founder's time is protected and the logistics of a growing practice don't fall through the cracks. The person who thrives here is energized by that range, not overwhelmed by it. They're entrepreneurially wired, care deeply about doing things right, and want the kind of experience you can only get by being close to something being built from scratch. Your day-to-day is rooted in BioNurture, the clinical practice where BioSynova's platform meets real patients, which means you'll see exactly how the infrastructure gets built and validated in practice. This role starts part-time with a path to full-time in approximately three to six months, tied to practice growth and performance. What You'll Do Patient Acquisition & Conversion Lead welcome calls with prospective patients learning their situation, introducing BioNurture, and guiding them through the decision to take the first step toward care Manage the patient acquisition pipeline from first contact through consult booking and membership enrollment, using structured outreach cadences and Zoho CRM Execute follow-up with precision with the right message, through the right channel, at the right moment Business Development & Community Presence Represent BioNurture in the DFW community attending physician referral meetings, partner events, and networking touchpoints that build the practice's referral relationships Identify partnership and outreach opportunities and bring them forward with a point of view Member Experience & Operations Own the handoff experience for new members, coordinating onboarding logistics, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and making sure every new member feels taken care of from day one Provide operational and administrative support to the Founder/CEO and COO - communications, scheduling, follow-up, and whatever needs to get done to keep things moving Systems & Growth Identify what's missing and build what's needed, such as process documentation, workflow improvements, and operational infrastructure that scales as the practice grows Bring structure to ambiguity without waiting to be asked Who You Are You communicate with warmth, precision, and confidence. In writing, on a call, and in a room. You can hold a substantive conversation with someone navigating something hard, and you know that listening is the job, not pitching. Your emails don't have typos. Your follow-ups arrive when you said they would. People feel taken care of after they talk to you. You are commercially wired. You understand intuitively what moves people from interested to committed, and you go toward hesitation with curiosity rather than pressure. You've felt the satisfaction of helping someone make a decision that was right for them, not just closing something. This instinct is native to you, not learned from a framework. You have high standards for your own work. Details matter to you. You have systems for tracking things, following up, and not dropping threads. Not because you were trained to, but because dropped threads bother you. You close your own loops. You operate well in ambiguity. Early-stage means the answer isn't always obvious and the process doesn't always exist yet. You find that energizing. You make a call, document what you did, and refine it next time. You are genuinely curious about what BioSynova is building. The intersection of AI, precision oncology, and longitudinal care is interesting to you, not because it's on-trend, but because you've thought about why it matters. You'll have opinions about it. You understand high-touch client experience. You know that in a concierge context, the experience is the product. Tone, discretion, presentation, and responsiveness are the baseline, not extras. What We're Looking For Experience in a client-facing, growth, or operations role Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area; able to attend in-person meetings and events locally Comfortable on the phone and confident in rooms where you may be the most junior, least clinical, or least credentialed person present Strong oral and written communication Fast learner of new systems; you pick up software quickly, get curious about how things connect, and don't need hand-holding to become a strong user Fluent in Google Workspace and comfortable configuring and administering tools at a power-user level A confident, intentional AI user; you use AI models to multiply your output, and you also know when not to; you understand the difference between tasks AI accelerates and tasks that require human judgment, especially in a healthcare context CRM experience helpful; Zoho familiarity a plus; able to learn and own a CRM system quickly is required Experience in luxury, beauty, concierge medicine, high-end fitness, or similar client-facing environments is a strong signal, though not a requirement Clinical background not required; genuine interest in healthcare, AI, or both is expected Personal experience with cancer (your own or a loved one's) is a plus and something we welcome you to share if it's part of your story Compensation for Part-Time Role This part time role has a target earning range of $48,000-$55,000 annually, with an uncapped commission structure on top of a $34,000 base salary. This role is part-time to start with a defined path to full-time at approximately three to six months, tied to practice growth and your performance. Compensation is renegotiated at that transition.
