Job Description

MaxHealth in Tampa is looking to hire a full-time Patient Advocate
  • who will be a strategic part of the outreach team and will be part of our combined effort to talk to existing and prospective patients.
Outreach will be over the phone and in person at times, to educate them on the unique benefits of becoming a patient at MaxHealth. This healthcare position earns a competitive wage, depending on experience.   • $23.00 per hour base plus quarterly productivity bonus Hours

Responsibilities:
Take Inbound Calls from prospects who are interested in becoming new patients at MaxHealth. Be informed and able to convincingly articulate the unique benefits and value of making MaxHealth their primary health care provider. Responsible for Outbound Calling efforts to Prospective Patients who we have met at community events or have responded to marketing activities in the past. Educate them on the benefits of becoming a MaxHealth patient and what makes us different. Outbound follow-up to Existing Patients involves calling to assure they come in for their Preventative Care Visits and other Patient Outreach as designated. Role requires Cold Calling and the ability to build relationships and persuasive skills when engaging leads who may not know much about MaxHealth in the event of a change. Managing a pipeline, logging current call activity, and making sure you are following up with prospective patients when needed. Working with the Field Outreach Team to schedule prospective patients to attend local community events including health fairs, presentations at senior centers, activities at churches and food pantries, and any place where adults on Medicare may benefit from learning about MaxHealth services. Other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.
Job Qualifications:
High School or equivalent education. 1-3 years Call Center Experience, preferably in Healthcare Field Great attitude, work ethic, and reliability. If this sounds like the right patient care opportunity for you, apply today!
