Job Description

Remote Patient Growth Specialist Salary:
$65,000-$85,000 base salary (dependent on experience) + strong growth opportunity Fully Remote (U.S.)
Job Summary:
A fast-growing AI-driven healthcare organization is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Patient Growth Specialist to support patient outreach, enrollment, and engagement efforts for individuals living with chronic conditions. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients and caregivers, helping explain the program, guide them through enrollment, and ensure a positive patient experience throughout every interaction. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is persuasive, empathetic, organized, and excited to grow within a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Contact patients and caregivers to explain care management programs and guide them through the enrollment process
  • Communicate program benefits in a warm, professional, and patient-friendly manner
  • Follow outreach and scheduling workflows with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain patient engagement metrics including consent rates, scheduling rates, and no-show recovery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and patient experience initiatives
  • Provide feedback on outreach and scheduling technology tools
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong communication during all interactions
  • Support a patient-first culture focused on delivering high-quality care experiences
