About Anesthesia Dynamics Anesthesia Dynamics is a leading provider of anesthesia and revenue cycle management services for private anesthesia practices across the United States. We're growing rapidly and looking for dedicated Patient Advocates to join our collaborative, fully remote team. Position Overview We are a professional, fast-paced, and customer-centric organization seeking full-time Patient Advocates to support our remote call center team. These positions require full-time, and focused availability during working hours in a distraction-free environment. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who is comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service (even if the caller is expressing frustration in a heightened manner) and navigating multiple record keeping and payment systems. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a positive experience for our clients' patients by addressing billing-related questions and concerns with clarity, empathy, and accuracy. Primary Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and email inquiries from patients. Identify patient needs, research billing issues, and provide accurate resolutions. Escalate complex issues to the billing team or department manager when needed. Place outbound calls and return voicemail messages. Set up and assist patients with payment plans. Process payments securely via online payment platforms. Provide compassionate and professional service in every interaction. Navigate multiple systems and screens efficiently while on calls. Maintain accurate records of all communications and patient interactions. Meet call center performance metrics, including productivity and quality assurance. Collaborate with internal departments as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Company-Wide Responsibilities Model and reinforce our core values of dignity, authenticity, and balance. Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a healthcare or patient service setting. Experience with medical billing is strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Able to provide a quiet, distraction free, and secure remote work environment with solid, reliable wired internet connectivity. Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of patient calls. Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 90% accuracy preferred. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a strong plus (pay differential offered).
