We are currently seeking a Resident Support Specialist to join our Care Navigator team. This is a flexible-schedule position ideal for compassionate individuals looking to make a meaningful impact — with opportunities for additional hours and career growth. Why This Role is

What You'll Do:
Support residents' independence and mobility while addressing emotional and social needs. Create personalized engagement opportunities based on resident interests. Provide transportation and accompany residents to meals or medical appointments. Assist with moving residents to various levels of care, as needed. Assist with long-term care policy claims and communicate with families and care teams. Observe and report changes in resident condition and document care accurately.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in long-term elderly care required Valid SC driver's license with a clean record (past 3 years) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Strong communication and documentation skills
