WILL DO:
As an Ambassador , you will serve as the welcoming, supportive, and highly visible first point of contact for patients, visitors, and guests. You will create a positive experience from the moment individuals enter the clinic by offering warm greetings, clear guidance, and a calm, service‑oriented presence. You will actively monitor patient flow, track dwell times, and identify barriers that impact access or efficiency. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues in real time, support front‑end operations, and help ensure that every patient's journey through the clinic is smooth, informed, and centered on exceptional service.
Who YOU ARE:
You have a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health or related field preferred. Healthcare or customer-facing experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. You maintain required immunizations & medical testing in alignment with organizational policy. Must be willing to travel between different clinic locations (DALLAS AREA). Join us today!
