Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Patient Advocate to join our team on a part-time basis. This in-office role will primarily cover Fridays, Saturdays. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while assisting with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative support. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a warm, professional welcome Check patients in and assist with the check-out process Collect, review, and enter new patient paperwork into patient records Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions during office hours Make outbound calls to patients regarding appointments, scheduling, and follow-up communication Schedule and confirm appointments Assist with managing the office schedule and patient flow Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Support the clinical and administrative team with general office tasks as needed Participate in warm lead follow-up calls and patient outreach opportunities Help ensure patients receive an exceptional experience from their first interaction with our office Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, positive, and patient-focused demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable speaking with patients on the phone Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience in a dental, medical, or customer service setting is preferred but not required Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn practice management software Schedule Part-time position Primarily Fridays and Saturdays Select Sundays as needed if employee schedule allows In-office role While this position is primarily focused on in-office weekend coverage, there may be opportunities for additional remote hours through the week with expanded responsibilities based on practice needs, employee availability, and performance. Compensation & Opportunities Competitive hourly pay based on experience Additional incentive pay opportunities available through warm lead outreach and patient engagement efforts Training and ongoing support provided Opportunity for growth within the practice This position is part-time and is not eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, or 401(k) participation.
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
