Morning, Afternoon Ministry Overview We are a faith-based ministry dedicated to providing compassionate care, spiritual support, and practical help to individuals facing severe mental and emotional challenges. Our mission is to serve with dignity, wisdom, and the love of Christ, even in the most difficult circumstances. We deal often with those struggling with extreme mental health and spiritual issues and at times need restraining (regulating/maintaining a safe environment). Position Summary We are seeking a strong, dependable, and spiritually grounded Mental Health Orderly to assist in the care and supervision of individuals experiencing acute and sometimes extremely agitated mental health episodes. This role requires both physical readiness and emotional resilience. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure setting for Dr. Larson and his clients when requested.
• Be present for assistance when dealing with individuals who may exhibit unpredictable or erratic behavior
• Work as a physical presence with ministry leaders during intense behavioral or spiritual care situations
• Only required part-time when there is a scheduled appointment, usually scheduled in advance so plenty of time to schedule time to be present
• Uphold confidentiality and treat all individuals with dignity and respect Qualifications
• Prior experience in mental health, security, corrections, or similar environments strongly preferred
• Physically capable of responding to highly emotional situations
• Ability to remain calm, firm, and composed under pressure
• Strong discernment, reliability, and situational awareness
• Must be comfortable working in a faith-based environment and supporting the ministry's mission Faith Requirement This role is part of a Christian ministry.

Pay:

$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
