Foundry Iron Transporter 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Homer, MI 49245 From $25.06 an hour - Full-time Brembo North America 526 reviews From $25.06 an hour - Full-time Iron Transporter We are looking for an Iron Transporter on 2nd shift to maintain safety, environmental and 5S standards, satisfy production requirements, and maintain quality standards in the Melt Shop. The Iron Transporter utilizes a fork lift to transfer molten iron from the melting furnaces to the pouring furnace. This is a trial to direct opportunity. Skills, Education and/or Certifications Required Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in a foundry environment, preferably as a Furnace Operator or Iron Transporter, shift flexibility, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and motivation to work hard. Experience driving a fork truck is also preferred.
