  • Part-time, Per diem DRIVERS (Vineland, NJ) Overview We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Drivers to join our team in Vineland, NJ.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong driving skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to providing safe, reliable transportation for our clients. This role is essential in supporting our mission by delivering timely pick-ups and drop-offs while ensuring a positive and supportive experience for those we serve. Candidates should have a clean driving record, experience operating larger vehicles such as sprinter vans, and the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
Requirements:
Valid, insurable driver's license Minimum age of 21 High school diploma or
GED RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate 15-passenger vans and sprinter vans along designated routes Provide reliable transportation for clients across Cumberland, Gloucester, Camden, and Atlantic counties Maintain accurate transportation logs and documentation Communicate effectively with the Transportation Coordinator regarding schedules, delays, and route changes Deliver excellent customer service by interacting professionally and respectfully with clients Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns
SCHEDULE
Hours vary based on assigned routes, schedules, and traffic conditions.
AM routes:
Approximately 4:00 AM
  • 11:30 AM (start times may vary between 4:00 AM
  • 6:00 AM) PM routes: Approximately 12:00 PM
  • 6:00/6:30 PM (start times may vary between 12:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM) Flexibility is required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Previous driving or courier experience preferred Experience operating larger passenger or sprinter vehicles is a plus Strong knowledge of local routes in Cumberland, Gloucester, Camden and Atlantic counties preferred Familiarity with navigation tools and route planning Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to remain professional, punctual, and dependable Experience working with individuals affected by addiction is highly desirable Join Our Team If you are a reliable driver who takes pride in safety, professionalism, and making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply and become part of our mission-driven team.
