Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.Responsibilities:
Delivers care based on identified needs as directed by the licensed staff. Delivers patient care effectively and skillfully. Demonstrates competency in managing potential patients risks, i.e. falls, need for restraints, isolation. Demonstrates safe and effective use of equipment. Assists during patient's admission, transfer, and discharge process. Assist with procedure room and patient set-up. Communicates effectively with peers, physicians, community agencies and other members of the healthcare team. Completes annual competency testing, scoring >80%. Coordinates care with other members of the healthcare team. Demonstrates safe and effective use of equipment.Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
HS diploma or GED BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.Job Preferred Requirements:
