Responsibilities Offer companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a comforting environment Assist with basic daily activities such as mobility, positioning, and personal hygiene under supervision Monitor patient safety, including fall prevention and responding promptly to needs or emergencies Support hospital staff by communicating patient concerns and assisting with non-clinical tasks Maintain clear documentation of patient interactions and any observed changes in condition Follow established protocols for patient safety, infection control, and confidentiality Provide transportation within the facility or to appointments as needed, ensuring patient comfort Experience Previous experience in home or community care environments is highly valued Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent is preferred to ensure readiness for emergency situations Experience with patient care, hospital settings, or critical care transport enhances your ability to excel in this role Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse patient populations Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols consistently Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication improves lives every day.
