POSITION SUMMARY
Transports and assists patients to various departments and areas of the hospital. Transports supplies, specimens, equipment and other items as required. Receives sorts, assembles Linen exchange carts and distributes linen. Required to assemble, disassemble, clean, disinfect and maintain equipment. Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate with others. Able to stand for long periods of time, walk at least 10 miles per shift and able to push/pull over 74 pounds.
CPR & AED
certification preferred. Must be a High School graduate or equivalent.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE
High School diploma or equivalent. Good customer service skills. Certification in CPR/AED is preferred.
