We are seeking an energetic and motivated Exercise Trainer skilled in inspiring and guiding individuals on their rehab journeys. In this dynamic role, you will lead and motivate patients to achieve their health and wellness plans. Your expertise in physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy will ensure safe and effective sessions. As an Exercise Trainer, you will foster a positive environment within our medical office, helping patients improve their range of motion and overall well-being. Duties Provide expert guidance on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques to improve range of motion and prevent injury Educate patients on anatomy, physiology, and healthy lifestyle habits to support long-term wellness Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting therapies as needed to ensure continuous improvement Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy Expertise in body mechanics and movement analysis for injury prevention and performance enhancement Excellent personal training skills with a focus on patient
- centered approaches Ability to lead groups with enthusiasm and clear instruction Sales skills related to fitness services, including promoting memberships and training packages Pay $52,000 Base Pay + Weekly Bonus ($250 or $500 depending on performance). Schedule Monday
