Certified Personal Trainer

Early Morning Hours | Independent Contractor 5A Fitness Zone - Spanish Fort, Alabama 5A Fitness Zone is looking for a motivated and professional Personal Trainer / Small Group Trainer who is looking to train their own clients with their own programming. We are a small community-focused studio seeking someone who is passionate about helping others improve their health and fitness while being confident working independently in an early morning training environment.

Position Overview This role involves:

Leading personal training sessions Coaching small group fitness classes (4 people and under) Creating a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere Working independently during early morning hours Qualifications Applicants must: Hold a valid nationally recognized personal training certification or a related degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a similar field Be dependable, self-motivated, and professional Be comfortable working independently Have strong communication and people skills Have experience coaching clients with varying fitness levels Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Brings positive energy and professionalism Can motivate and encourage clients Is organized and reliable Wants the flexibility and autonomy of an independent contractor-style environment Schedule Early morning availability required Opportunity to grow personal training clientele and small group class offerings Location Spanish Fort, Alabama To Apply Please send: Your resume Certifications and/or degree information A brief introduction about your training style and experience Join a studio environment where community, encouragement, and wellness matter.
